Forever our baby girl.

Honoring Andie’s life by bringing comfort, compassion, and support to families experiencing pregnancy and infant loss.

A love that lasts forever

Our Story

The story behind The Andie Brooke Foundation

Andie Brooke as a newborn, sleeping peacefully, swaddled in a hospital blanket and wearing a striped knit hat with a bow

From the moment we learned we were expecting our daughter, Andie Brooke, our lives changed forever.

We spent nearly nine months dreaming of the life we would share with her. We imagined the milestones, the memories, the holidays, and all the little moments that come with raising a child. We lovingly prepared her nursery and created a beautiful home where we couldn’t wait to watch her grow.

Our home was ready. Her nursery was ready. And more than anything, we were ready to be her mom and dad.

Nikki had an almost perfect pregnancy. As we approached 38 weeks, we were filled with excitement and anticipation, counting down the days until we would finally meet our baby girl.

We never imagined how quickly everything could change.

At Nikki’s routine 37-and-a-half-week checkup, what was supposed to be another reassuring appointment took a terrifying turn when Andie’s heartbeat was found to be unusually slow. Nikki immediately rushed to the hospital’s labor and delivery unit, where doctors performed an emergency C-section.

On the morning of March 5, 2026, our beautiful daughter, Andie Brooke, entered the world weighing 7 pounds, 1 ounce and measuring 19 inches long.

She was absolutely beautiful. Everything we had dreamed of was right there in front of us. Our precious baby girl, whom we already loved more than words could ever express.

But what should have been the happiest day of our lives became something we never could have imagined.

Despite fighting for her life, Andie passed away on March 7, 2026, just 40 hours after she was born. Our hearts were shattered.

In the weeks that followed, after countless hours of medical appointments, conversations with specialists, and searching for answers, we learned that Andie’s passing was most likely caused by a significant fetal bleed resulting from compression of her umbilical cord. It was an unexpected, devastating complication that could not have been diagnosed or prevented beforehand.

One moment, we were preparing to bring our daughter home to the nursery we had so lovingly created. The next, we were returning to that same home without her.

The clothes were waiting. The crib was ready. The life we had dreamed of was supposed to be just beginning.

But through all the heartbreak, there is something that will never change.

Andie made us parents. And we will always be her parents.

Nothing can take that away from us. Our daughter was here. She was real. She was beautiful. And she was loved beyond measure.

While her time on Earth was heartbreakingly short, her life will never be defined by how long she was here.

She made us a family and showed us a love greater than anything we had ever known.

As we began navigating life after losing our daughter, we knew we wanted to find a meaningful way to honor her. We wanted her name to be spoken, her life to be remembered, and the love she brought into this world to continue making a difference.

Forever our baby girl. Forever Andie Brooke.

With all our love,

Brandon & Nikki

Why we are here

Our Mission

Honoring Andie’s Life. Supporting Families. Keeping Memories Alive.

The Andie Brooke Foundation was created in loving memory of our daughter, Andie Brooke. Although her time with us was heartbreakingly short, her impact doesn’t have to be.

Our mission is to provide comfort, compassion, and meaningful support to families experiencing pregnancy and infant loss, while raising awareness and honoring the lives of babies gone too soon. Through remembrance and comfort boxes, community events, awareness initiatives, and partnerships with hospitals and bereavement programs, we hope to make an incredibly difficult journey feel a little less lonely.

Having experienced this unimaginable heartbreak ourselves, we know that nothing can take away the pain of losing a baby. But we also know how much compassion, connection, and even the smallest acts of kindness can mean during life’s darkest moments.

Through our foundation, we hope to:

Provide Comfort

Create and distribute Andie Brooke remembrance and comfort boxes to families navigating the loss of a baby.

Support Families

Partner with hospitals, bereavement programs, and community organizations to provide resources, compassion, and meaningful assistance.

Raise Awareness

Help bring greater understanding and recognition to pregnancy and infant loss, a heartbreak too many families experience in silence.

Bring People Together

Organize remembrance events, charitable fundraisers, and community gatherings that celebrate the lives of babies who will never be forgotten.

Above all, we want every family to know that they are not alone. Their babies matter. Their stories matter, and their names deserve to be spoken and remembered. The love they carry will always be real.

And most importantly, they are parents, and they always will be.

Our daughter made us parents. Through this foundation, we hope to turn the endless love we have for her into love and support for others, carrying her memory forward in everything we do.

Forever our baby girl. Forever Andie Brooke.

Someone Who Gets It

Sometimes, the greatest comfort comes from talking to someone who’s been through it.

Connect one-on-one by phone or video with a fellow parent who has experienced pregnancy or infant loss. Share your story, ask questions, or simply find someone who understands.

No judgment. No expectations. Just someone who gets it.

Please note: Our peer supporters are parents with lived experience, not licensed social workers or therapists. These conversations offer emotional support and connection, not professional counseling.
