Privacy Policy
Effective October 15, 2026
In short: we count website visits so we can understand how families find us, we never sell or share your information for advertising, and donations are handled securely by Zeffy.
Who we are
The Andie Brooke Foundation, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization (EIN 42-5139739). This policy explains what information we collect through andiebrooke.org and how we use it. You can reach us anytime at hello@andiebrooke.org.
Website analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how people use our website, such as how many visitors we have, which pages they read, and how they found us. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects information such as:
- Pages viewed and links clicked
- General location (city or region, not your exact address)
- Device and browser type
- The website that referred you to us
We have turned off Google’s advertising features for our site, including Google signals and ad personalization, so your visit is not used to build advertising profiles. This information is reported to us in aggregate and does not identify you personally.
You can opt out of Google Analytics by blocking cookies in your browser or by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. To learn more, see how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
Third-party tracking and “Do Not Track”
Google, as our analytics provider, may collect information about your online activity over time and across different websites when you visit our site. We do not allow other companies to collect information on our site for advertising.
Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” setting. Because there is no common industry standard for how websites should respond to these signals, our site does not currently change its behavior when it receives one. You can still opt out of Google Analytics using the options above.
Donations
Donations are processed by Zeffy, a secure payment platform for nonprofits. We do not see or store your full payment card or bank details. Zeffy shares information such as your name, email address, and donation amount with us so we can send tax receipts, keep accurate records, and thank you. Information you provide to Zeffy is also governed by Zeffy’s own privacy policy, available at zeffy.com.
When you contact us
If you email us, including to request parent-to-parent support or suggest a resource, we use the information you share only to respond to you and provide the support you asked for.
What we never do
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Reviewing or changing your information
If you would like to review, correct, or delete personal information you have shared with us, such as your contact details or donation records, email us at hello@andiebrooke.org and we will respond promptly. We may need to keep certain donation records as required by law.
Children
Our website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
Questions
If you have any questions about this policy or your information, please contact us at hello@andiebrooke.org.
